More use it or loss it Execise's 6 simple hand and wrist exercise's do these every day to keep your hand in good condition remember you must use it or loss it 1.make a soft fist then open your hands wide strecth out your fingers and thumb hold for a couple of seconds and make a soft fist again , repear 10 times, 2 make a soft fist and rotate fist in a clockwise direction make as big a circle as you can, 10 rotations clock wise, repeat exercise this time in a anti clockwise direction again 10 rotations, 3, put hands together like your praying ,lower your hands keep your fingers pointing up,try to get your hands and wrists lower than your elbows,hold for a couple of seconds repeat 10 times. 4.put your finger tips together,likke you have a ball in your hands. squeeze and hold a second or 2 and relax, repeat 10 times, 5, On your left hand put your finger tips and thumb together as if making a beak and with your right hand placed over the top strech the left hand down to try and make the fingers and thumb of the left hand touch the left inner for arm hald for 10 seconds ,and relax repeat 5 times change hands and repeat exercise. 6. relax hands and wrists , shake hands vigourously for 10 seconds and relax repeat 5 times, ok your done do these 6 simple exercises daily to keep your hands and wrists in good condition , do them everday and you will always be able to do them. and remember use it or loss it |
