fact is we all find ourselves in debt now and then,
if you have a bad credit rating its not the end of
the world ,
with so many loans available online its not a problem
bad credit loans are always available when finance is arranged under poor credit conditions
you can still use the loan in the same way as you would any other loan the major difference is the amount of interest you will pay, your credit rating can be adversly affected by late payments missed payments non payment and fraud even not paying of your overdraft in full each month can lead to
a poor credit rating. your rating will be improved by regular on time payments
clearing credit card bills monthly not missing payments
and on how much you have borrowed in the past,
this applies to all loans and bills including morgages there are basically 2 types of loan secured and unsecured
a secured loan is when you put up collateral to cover the loan for most of us that would be our homes and these loans
are generally in the region of $10,000 $150,000 and the repayment period of 5-25 years, unsecured loans are not secured against your home or assets
and will usually have a higher interest rate refelcting
the higher risk involved ,
unsecured loans generally have a maximum $50,000 limit
and up to a 10 year repayment plan some times it may seem like a desperate move to take out a
bad credit history loan but its often a positive decision
as you can clear outstanding debts and reduces your monthly
payments while repairing your credit rating at the same time ,as with all loan you must act responsabaly and wisely
or you will end up deeper in dept, |
