Sore Feet
Do you suffer with your feet? our feet suffer because of modern living shoes with arch supports pavements ect every where we go is is even and smooth and if it isn't we wear stout foot wear like hiking boots to protect our feet, for most of us if we do go bear foot its useuslly on the lawn or at a nice sandy beach, But our feet were never designed for this terrain ,seldom does nature produce such flat and even ground , and our feet were designed to cope with all sorts of terrain walking on these different surfaces help to keep our feet strong and our bodys healthy by releasing toxins through our feet, this is the theory that reflexology works on, its a known fact that the nerve endings in the feet are connected to different organs and areas of the body, again any reflexology book will bear this out. all a reflexolorgist is really doing is pressing different areas of your feet to release toxins, that would naturally have been released if we were walking on different surfaces the pain you experience when walking on stones or having reflexology for example is a direct reflection of haw much toxins have accummulated in the feet and as the toxins are released the pain deminishes, try walking on pebbles at first its very painfull but the more you do it the less painfull it becomes this is because the toxins have been releasted just 10 minites a day walking on pebbles will do wonders for your feet and overall health if you arn't lucky enough to have a stoney beach or area try this , make or buy a large tray and fill it with pebbles of about 1--2 inches insize and then walk on it try to do ten minutes if you can ,after a week you will be able to do it with no pain and your feet will feel wonderfull do it daily to keep them that way, |
